In no event shall Exibell's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Exibell in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion option in your settings or by contacting our support team. Exibell reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms of Use, fraudulent activity, or prolonged inactivity.
Upon termination of your account, whether initiated by you or by Exibell, you will have a 30-day window to download and export your personal data and any content you created on the platform, including resumes, cover letters, and other documents. After this 30-day period, Exibell will permanently delete your personal data from our active systems, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including any outstanding payment obligations. Sections of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination, including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification provisions, shall remain in full force and effect after termination.
